When we first embarked upon this journey we started out with a simple Cacao Bitters to scratch that Chocolately itch; but as any good Chocolate aficionado knows there really is no substitute for the real thing-plus here at Bar Aid, we're all about flavor. 
 
So we redoubled our efforts, scouring the edges of the internet and local Chocolate shops alike before finally finding the highest quality Chocolate we could from a Chocolatier that has been honing their craft for over 100 years. Needless to say that commitment to maintaining high quality flavor spoke to us and felt like a match made in heaven.  It came as no surprise then that our very first batch sold out the very day it launched.  But don't take our word for it.  Try a bottle for yourself and see if its worth all the hype.
